Inversions Workshop

 

Easter Monday, 1st April, from 3:30-5:30pm

 

 

In this workshop, we will learn and practise the correct alignment in Sarvangasana (shoulderstand), Sirsasana (headstand), Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance) and Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand). These poses are often neglected in general yoga classes, and going upside down can be daunting for the beginning yoga practitioner. However, inversions are real gems offering a plethora of benefits: They revitalise the whole body, relieve strain on the legs, improve circulation, tone the glandular system and help concentration.

 

 

This workshop offers the space to explore inversions step by step - safely, methodically and with the necessary lightness and humour. It is open for all who have practised yoga for a minimum of 1 year. If you are not sure whether this workshop is right for you, please call or email mirja!

 

 

The cost for this 2 hour workshop is £15.
